This office also does a great job of respecting and embracing diverse clients. Terexa showed genuine empathy and understanding when I called to make the appointment, as I was in a panic because other offices could not fit us in, or were not answering their phones. Terexa talked with such sympathy and concern, I felt so much better and confident that my daughter would be well cared for. Linda was just as compassionate and helpful when I spoke with her another time. They both made a stressful situation feel manageable. What truly stood out was how seriously they took our emergency with my daughters broken front tooth, they got us in right away and repaired it with a crown the very same day. Thanks to their efficiency and skill, she didn’t have to go to work feeling self-conscious about her smile. Beyond their excellent care, it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they serve. I had a great experience during my routine dental cleaning with Carol! She is incredibly kind and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Her work is very thorough and professional, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly. She helped correct my flossing technique, recommended a toothpaste that suits my needs, and went above and beyond by explaining topics like fillings, gum disease, and root canals in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, a fantastic experience. It’s professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.

It’s always easy to like a business when things go smoothly, and this visit was proof that even when they don’t, good people can turn it around. Yesterday I went in for a periodontal cleaning only to discover my insurance no longer covers that procedure. Teresa, the office manager, was kind and proactive enough to contact my insurance company and work things out, making sure my coverage wouldn’t be denied after the fact—something I truly appreciated. The entire reception staff was also amazing, creating a warm and professional front‑desk experience. My visit with Dr. Hou and Fatou was completely pain‑free and surprisingly enjoyable.
