*Edit: their scheduling system seem to have some issues. I had my appointment cancelled yet was still sent an email to check-in for my appointment. I only received 1 phone call about the cancellation (which I was not able to pick up due to being abroad). I hope for future communications, this practice will reach out via email or mychart or even calling more than 1 time. Furthermore, if the appt is cancelled, why was a check-in email for the appointment still sent out? This system issue should be fixed! This was one of the best dental visits I’ve had in the Seattle area. I have significant dental anxiety and sensitive teeth with low pain tolerance. Although my visits are not completely pain free, Belltown Modern Denistry has been the least painful dentist out of the various ones I’ve tried. I really appreciate Dr. Riemer taking the time to walk me through my current dental health, explaining dental terms and processes, and giving me tips on how to improve my daily brushing! A special shout-out to the hygienist Vlad — he is incredible! He’s attentive, comforting, and very gentle. Despite his reserved nature, his experience shines through his skills. I rarely feel any pain during his cleanings! This was one of the biggest reason why I decided to stay at Belltown Modern Dentistry. Scheduling is easy (they use mychart) but beware of late fees. I would recommend asking for a breakdown of costs before agreeing/paying for anything. The front desk seems distracted at times and can come off as curt, but the dental visit itself outshines those interactions.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years so I was a little nervous going. Belltown Modern Dentistry made me feel really comfortable. I was very impressed with the technology they use and Dr. B was amazing!

I had dr. Bienstock do my crown replacement and I have to say, this was the best work I’ve ever received (and I’ve had several crown replacements done in the past). I had a same-day crown fitting and placement all in just one hour. Completely painless. The crown fit so seamlessly that I couldn’t tell there was a crown put there! Perfect color selection to match my other teeth. Bienstock was professional and kind - I highly recommend! Will be going to this dentistry for all my dental needs from here on out! Edit 5/6/2025: second visit, again exceptional work. I had a tooth infection on my back molar. Dr. Bienstock took a scan, found the issue, and had a tooth extraction specialist on site. So I was diagnosed and treated all in the same day visit. This is rare. Usually you would be referred to another site and the process would take at least a few trips. Dr. Lee was the specialist that did my extraction and he did an outstanding job. He was very gentle, that I honestly didn’t know at what point he took an entire molar out, but in less than an hour he was all done. I can’t recommend this place enough. They use all the most modern tools so you’re going to get the best treatment. Big thank you to this practice!
