Today, I visited Belltown Modern Dentistry for my first real dentist visit in 10 years. Between worries of financial costs, not having dental insurance for a long time, knowing I had multiple cavities and feeling embarrassed about my below average dental hygiene, I had a plethora of concerns going into my appointment because I had put it off for so long. I've been anxious about seeing a dentist for years, and everyone at Belltown Modern Dentistry put that anxiety to rest. Everyone - from reception, to dental assistants and especially Dr. Isabela Riemer - was so incredibly kind and gracious. I didn't know exactly what work I needed to have done, so I scheduled a cleaning knowing that there might not be enough time to treat any of my cavities. Dr. Riemer was very non-judgemental, listened to my concerns, helped me to create a plan that didn't feel overwhelming or scary at all. We were able to take care of one of the sections that needed treatment - 3 crowns! It's a lot of work, and I'm very grateful to Dr. Riemer and the rest of the staff for helping me to tackle the worst of my cavities today and for how gracious they were with their time. They discussed with me very clearly the cost of the various procedures to help me plan for not only this visit but future ones before proceeding with any treatment. They were very VERY courteous with helping me to plan my finances in a way that worked for me. Thanks to everyone at Belltown Modern Dentistry, I feel confident in the state of my teeth for the first time in years and I no longer feel anxious about coming back in to get my other treatments. ❤️

Amazing doctor, super helpful!

I can honestly say this was the best and most informative dental appointment I have ever had. Dr. Riemer and Fatou were amazing. They were attentive, compassionate, understanding, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt cared for. Everyone was welcoming, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Dr. Riemer and Fatou listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options. It is rare to find a dental team that combines such professionalism with genuine kindness. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful to have found them. I am looking forward to continuing my care with Dr. Riemer and Fatou and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
